The Produce Show is back!
… and it’s the new Brock n’ Roll!
It may have bean a while, but donut worry, romaine calm - the amaizeing produce show and unbeetable village BBQ are back! Just like before, there are loads of easy to enter categories - everything from photography, through craft and baking, to growing. Have a look at the Produce Show section for a full list of categories and prizes. It’s only as competitive as you make it, it’s just for fun, and it’ll be no fun without you. So please, please join in with your best shot at what you’re best at.
Afterwards, there’ll be a BBQ and BYO bottle party on the green for a much overdue village social.
All entries need to be in the Newgate Street Village Hall between 12-3pm on Saturday the 16th September in time for the judging. Then at 6pm there’s the prize giving and the after show BBQ.

Macmillan Coffee Morning
… in support of Macmillan!
In the village hall from 9:15 to 11 o’clock on Friday 27th September. I’m sure there will be coffee; I strongly suspect there will be cake; and I very much hope everyone will be there. Everyone welcome, all proceeds to Macmillan, bring a cake if you bake. X
